Dans ce contexte, elle a indiqu\u00e9 que le travail et la famille doivent \u00eatre des domaines compl\u00e9mentaires et enrichissants. Et que pour s\u2019\u00e9panouir, il faut allier l\u2019environnement, les d\u00e9fis, commencer une relation avec les enfants, d\u00e9stresser souvent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17px; background-color: var(--theme-color-bg_color); color: var(--theme-color-text); letter-spacing: 0.1px;\">De son avis, l\u2019on ne doit pas \u00eatre esclave de son environnement et que avoir les enfants ne fait, ne donne pas le statut de parents car avoir un piano ne fait pas de nous un pianiste. Dans son expos\u00e9, Nuria Chinchilla a indiqu\u00e9 les causes de conflits \u00e0 \u00e9viter pour une vie harmonieuse. \u00abLe manque de r\u00e9flexion, l\u2019absence de projets communs, l\u2019absence de priorit\u00e9s communes, de synchrone et la lutte pour le pouvoir. D\u00e9velopper la communication, la patience, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la flexibilit\u00e9 et l\u2019empathie etc. Plus de 300 couples ont pris part \u00e0 cette rencontre d\u2019\u00e9changes.
